Rosewood Beauty Studio values all time spent with clients in our treatment room, and we understand last minute issues arise. Please inform your esthetician through text, phone call, or the GlossGenius booking site if you are unable to make your appointment. We request all cancellations be done BEFORE the 24 hour mark to avoid any cancellation fees Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subjected to a cancellation fee (30% of the originally booked appointment) No shows will be charged 50% of the original service booked. If charges are left unpaid, your esthetician reserves the right to decline or suspend any future appointments. ‼️IF YOU, YOUR CHILD, OR SOMEONE YOU CARE FOR IS SICK AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE PENALIZED‼️ Please inform your esthetician as soon as possible to avoid any miscommunication or fees. Clients that repeatedly reschedule and cancel their next appointment will also be charged a 30% cancellation fee, in order to rebook their next appointment.
